We will be kicking off our canvassing phase of the campaign on August 11 with a training session where we will be going over all the best tips and tricks for connecting with people at the door. After we go over some scenarios and do some role playing, we will then take what we learn to the streets! This will be followed by a short debrief session where we will discuss our experiences – what worked and what didn’t – and munch on some well-earned snacks after our hard work.

Whether you are a seasoned canvasser or new to the game, this training session is a great opportunity to polish up those canvass skills and get us excited for the campaign ahead.
